bke3 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bke3 ("we", "us", "the Platform") with respect to your use of the bke3 website, mobile browser interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively the "Services"). These Terms are supplemented by any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the bke3 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific terms made available from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

bke3 reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or provision of false information during registration. Any such action does not entitle the affected user to compensation unless the account suspension is later found to be an error on the part of bke3.

To register for and use bke3 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times you use the platform.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of bke3 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee of bke3 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not be suffering from a gambling addiction or have been subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform at the time of registration.

bke3 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the timeframe specified by bke3 may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.

To access the full range of bke3 Services you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and any additional information requested for KYC purposes. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. bke3 is not responsible for losses arising from your provision of inaccurate or outdated information.

Each player is permitted to maintain only one registered account on bke3. If you suspect that a duplicate account exists under your name or mobile number, you must notify bke3 support immediately. Duplicate accounts identified by bke3 will be closed, and the balances of all duplicate accounts may be consolidated into a single account at bke3's sole discretion or may be forfeited entirely if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your bke3 account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party and must not allow any other person to access your account. bke3 will never contact you asking for your password by any communication channel. You must notify bke3 immediately if you become aware of any breach of your account security or any unauthorised use of your credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor verification (2FA) on your bke3 account to add an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
• Do not access your bke3 account on shared or public devices. Always log out after completing your session, particularly on devices used by other people.

All financial transactions on bke3 must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. You must not use a payment account belonging to another person to deposit or withdraw funds on bke3. bke3 accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the payment methods listed on the platform, which include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available payment methods are subject to change at bke3's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for bKash and Nagad transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction. Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods registered in the same name as the bke3 account. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and tracked independently. Real-money funds are always used first when placing bets, unless the specific promotion terms specify otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• bke3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a promotion is cancelled after a player has already met the eligibility criteria and received the bonus, bke3 will honour the bonus already credited to the player's account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, collusion with other players to exploit promotion terms, or systematic exploitation of free spins or other promotional offers — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and a permanent ban from future promotions.

All bets placed on bke3 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet you confirm that you have read and accept the rules applicable to that bet. bke3 reserves the right to void bets that are placed in error, placed after an event has concluded, or placed on markets that were incorrectly priced due to a manifest error.

bke3 offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Live betting odds change in real time. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the case of a live betting market, bets accepted before a market suspension event (such as a wicket falling or a goal being scored) will stand unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.

Abandoned & Postponed Events

In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, bke3 will apply the void or settlement rules stated for that market. For cricket, if a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs specified in the applicable rules have been bowled, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned to players unless the market rules specifically provide for a result in such circumstances.

bke3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. Online betting is intended to be a form of entertainment, and bke3 provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion. • Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, or to exploit any vulnerability, bug, or error in the platform's software.
• Accessing bke3 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where bke3 has not been authorised to operate, including through the use of VPNs or proxies to disguise your actual geographic location.

bke3 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, bke3 may freeze the account pending investigation, void all bets placed during the suspected period, and withhold any withdrawals until the investigation is complete. If prohibited activity is confirmed, all account balances will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

All content on the bke3 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of bke3 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the bke3 platform without bke3's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bke3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, even if bke3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bke3's total liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bke3 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bke3's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

bke3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bke3 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bke3 platform that cannot be resolved through bke3's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bke3 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any prohibited activity.
